Heed Life Limited (Company number 12022663) collects, uses and is responsible for personal information about you.  When we do this, we are the ‘controller’ of this information for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection laws.

Who will we share your personal information with?

We will not share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We have relationships with a number of third parties that we may share your personal data with e.g. for us to receive IT services.  For a list of these third parties please contact Adam Williams at the above address.

We will share personal information with law enforcement agencies if required by applicable law.

We will not transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).  If this changes we shall update this Privacy Notice and set out the lawful basis upon which we shall make such transfers.

How long will be store your personal data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal or regulatory requirements.  In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your personal data (see “Your rights” below).

Keeping your personal information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.  We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it.  Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.  

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach.  We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.  In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties, who have a business need to know.  They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to confidentiality restrictions.
