Once your order has been dispatched, you may return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unopened and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returned goods that have been opened/used.
Any goods deemed to be damaged/faulty or incorrect must be reported within 7 days.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
You are responsible for any charges incurred returning goods if the item is not damaged.
Damaged/faulty or incorrect goods will be returned free of charge and we will provide you details how to proceed upon contacting us.
Please use a secure means of return via a tracked and signed service when returning an order. Our team cannot resolve any returns without first receiving the products. Please ensure all contact details and relevant information is confirmed inside the box including full name and order number to help facilitate a quick and efficient resolution.
